I wanna keep my wheels but the vibration is drivin me nutty.

 

I ran them with my 38's on my last truck and they were great.Tried them with my new 33's and 18's on this truck and it vibrated bad so I had to pay out the butt to have them broke down and rebalanced with the stick ons.So I would say it depends on if you have big tires or littler ones whether to use them or not from my experiance.

 

I contacted DynaBead when I purchased my 20's and 35's, they did not recommend the use of them on my setup. My brother has them in his 285/65/16 on 8" rims and loves em.

 

I have 255 70 17's. Talked with them also. Tech said to leave my weights on from the static balance and they should do me well. Hope so anyway. The way he talked the wider the tire the more chance they wont work as well. Height is OK unless using low profile. Anyway I appreciate you guys that have used them for your opinions.

 

Got the shipment of Dyna beads in and installed them. Had to call Tech and get their advice. Tried taking the weights off and they vibrated bad so I put them back on and rotated the wheels and got a good balance but not a great one. End results are I should have paid the extra cash and went with a local wheel dealer so that if they didnt work out I could have backed out of the deal.

 

I had Dyna Beads in some 35x12.50x16's BFG AT's mounted on factory Ford F-350 16's on my old 2001 F-350 diesel and they didn't work worth a crap. Truck shook so bad that the CD's skipped! Novel idea but in my case they didn't work. Now I have 35x12.50x18's BFG MT KM2's on my F-150, balanced with regular old pound on weights and they ride awesome, don't even know there is a bigger tire on the truck.

 

Yeah they didnt work for me either. Had to try something and they were my last resort.
