balancing

i just ordered my new tires and asked if they could be balanced on the inside he said yes but he would recomend it ans garuanted i would get vibration, my question is do i wanna see weights on my new rims is this normal?

I have 8 1/2" wide Roush wheels that you see in the pic. 305/50/20 tires. They are balanced on the inside. It costs more and is a little harder to do, but worth it in looks. I can not imagine weights on a nice aftermarket wheel.

was thinking bout telling him to balance the inside and ill try it out....i really dont want weights on the outside of my new chrome rims ! checked the gallery and it seems nobody is balanced outside with new rims, could use some advice from the local experts here.
