I love my BFG TA KO. Either a 285/75/16 or a 305/70/16.
For wheels **** Cepek DC-1 wheels are nice! Also Helo Maxx 6 or Maxx 8
As for tires
1. BFG TA KO
2. Mickey Thompson ATZ
3. Nitto Terra Grapplers
4. Procomp Extreme AT
5. Toyo AT
6. Super Swamper Truxus STS
7. Pitbull Growler AT (bias ply)
Number 6&7 are very fast wearing tires, for an AT. From what you described it looks like you need an All Terrain (AT) If you were intrested in a Mud Terrain (MT) ill give you another list!
2. Toyo MT
3. Procomp Extreme MT
4. Mickey Thompson MTZ
5. Cooper STT
6. Maxxis Buckshot Mudders
7. Procomp Xterrain
8. Mickey Thompson Baja Claws
9. Nitto Mud Grapplers
10. Super Swamper Iroks
Im sure left out some, and this list will definitely get questioned but this is how i see it for overall performance (road noise, tread wear, offroad performance, wet road performance)
But I like the look of 305/70/16's or 285/75/16's (thats what i have)
315/65/16= 35x12.5-16
305/70/16= 33x12.5-16
285/75/16= 33x11.5-16
Heres a pic of my truck! Cranked torsion bars and 285/75/16 BFG TA KO's
yea i saw truck in a thread earlier and ment to say it looked nice! so with torsion bars cranked and mabe just a tad trimming i can get tires that are 35 in diameter? will the 35s look to crammed w/oa lift or wuld they look good?

I would only do 35's if you plan on lifting it in the near future. The 35's will look crammed and wont allow for much flex room, and will rum at full lock and will need some trimming of the valance. Also you need a AAL for the rear. (add-a-leaf) if you go this route! I have no pictures of this setup and have only seen it once didnt look bad!
Thanks man, and make sure you post pictures when you decide!
Not sure what your location is, but I just got a set of Nitto Terra Graps for about $650 out the door, 285/75/16's. I like the BFG's and I would have gone with them, but Nitto's TG's are still relatively new, and you should not have a difficult time finding a set in that price range. I like the BFG's and don't get me wrong I would have bought them, but I just think they are a little pricey for what they give. Though they last a rediculous amount of miles, and hands down have the best tread of an A/T, I think Nitto's A/T surprised me alot and I am anxious to test them out. I am sure alot of Nitto owners on the board here can vouch that it is a pretty good tire, and is not going to cost you an arm and a leg for a large size. It will just be nice to have something not everyone else has on their truck (because I am pretty sure that sears and wal-mart don't offer Nitto's...yet!

... i havent decided yet so culd i see the m/t list also if u dont mind??
