Rim Size and Pressure Valves

Does anyone know if all 2008 F150's use the pressure monitoring valves? I was looking at new Motos from Rimzone and they say they are required. They cost $95 each. Ouch.
Also want an opinion on the backspacing of the rims. There seems to be three choices in 18x9. 4.53, 5.71, and 6.18". How much more than stock will the outside face of the wheel be with these options? I assume the 4.53 would have less chance of rubbing on the inside but not certain.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. My new Larry is scheduled for build on April 28th...can't wait.

Yes all F150s from 07 up are REQUIRED to have the TPMS. Fed laws.

The oem wheels are 7.5 inches wide with 5.5 inches of bs. So, the 18x9's with 4.53 inches of bs will stick out about 2.5 inches farther than the stock wheels. The ones with 5.71 inch bs will stick out about 1.5 inches farther and the ones with 6.18 inch bs will stick out about an inch farther.
