What does this mean

Sorry stupid question, but can someone explain what 265/70R-16 means and will it fit stock 99
F150 wheels?

265 is the width of the tire in millimeters. 70 is the aspect ratio or relation of the tires height to it's width. 16 is the rim size. Basically a 265/70-16 works out to be a 31x10.50-16 tire if that helps.
And yes it will fit a stock 4x2 or 4x4.
