33 in spare in stock location?
i will be getting some 33 cooper ssts in may from my uncle w/ wheel too-will a 33 inch spare fit in the stock loction under the bed on a o2 screw?

Yes, in fact a 35 will fit.

Will a 33 fit in the spare tire place on an 08??

I would think so since the FX4's come with tires almost 33 inches tall. Keep in mind, some aftermarket dual exhaust can interfere with clearance.
