Bigger tires on stock rims?

Hello,

I have a 2006 F-150 Lariat with 18” stock rims and stock tires.

I've seen a 05 FX4 with stock rims and big tires, it looked pretty cool.

I want to see if anyone has a picture of a Lariat with large tires?

My goal is to go with bigger tires, but I really haven't seen any rims that I like, so I thought I might try a different approach and stay with the stock rims but with bigger tires.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Coronabeer

Just be carefull....I had 315/75/16 bfg all terrains on mine at one time and it caused the front passenger side wheel to split completely in half while I was driving...ended up on railroad tracks....sucked but I had an excuse to get my 20" rims

I'm in the same boat. I just haven't been able to find that certain wheel that makes me say "I gotta' have those!". Lots of nice wheels out there but I would hate to buy some and then, once installed, decide that their just o.k.

My brother works for a tire shop, we are going to try some 33X something. I'll let you know how it goes.
