whats the big problem!
K, I have read multiple threads where people state that Wheel Spacers cause 'problems'. I was wondering what kind of problems do they cause?
I am thinking about gettin a wheel spacer for my rear passenger tire. For some reason, the driver side rear tire sticks out almost 1 inch farther, and I want to even them out. Anyelse have/had that problem?

K, did some more research. so wheel spacers cause vibrations, and possible could shear the studs, therefore the wheel flying off, and me getting really really mad.... Is that the reason? What about these "hubcentric" wheel spacers that Im hearing about???
RIght. Also sometimes they cause fitment problems by pushing the wheel/tire out too far. Also, some trucks, like the 04-08's, are very sensitive to changes in wheel/tire combos and will vibrate badly if everything is not perfectly in balance. Hubcentric means that the hole in the center of the spacer is machined to precisely fit over the hub and center the spacer. The oem wheels work this way. Most aftermarket wheels are lugcentric meaning they have a large hole in the center and use a acorn or tapered lugnut to center the wheel on the hub.
