Question Will These Rims Fit?
Does anyone know if the Eagle Alloys 140's 17x8 rims with 2mm offset and 4.517 backspacing will fit my 04 F150 with a 2" leveling kit?

Yes, they will fit. The question is what size tire are you planning on running.

I was thinking of the Nitto Terra Grappler 285/70 or the 295/70.
What size is best?

If you have a 4x4, either size will fit. If you have a 4x2, the 285's will probably fit with some minor trimming.
