18"s or 20"s - 33"s or 35"s

I need advice - I have factory 20's on my 2006 s.cew. I need new tires and want to get a/m wheels with an ofset that comes out a little further then OEM. I also have a 2.5 leveling kit on my truck. The tires that I'm looking at are either the Coopers or Terra Grapplers 33's
Do I:
A - just get 20's and keep my wheels - any estimates or suggestions on best places / prices (I know I can only get the coopers at Discount Tire)

or

B - go with 18's A/M wheels probably Moto Metal 951's and then do a 35" tire?
(not sure if this would fit - I'm sure Wendel can tell me)

Items to consider -
Cost - dont want to break the bank - my OEM wheels are a 9.5/10 so I can and will sell them dont know what they are going for these days

Cost - MPG - this sucks for all of us and If going above a 33" tire will make it drastically worse then i'll stick with 33"s

Drive Type - Highway/City - never really plan on taking it off road, I toe some jet skis a few times in the summer, and we get a foot of snow 2 weeks a year.

Timing - I can probably wait a little bit longer if anyone knows of a blow out sale coming up.

Thank you all

I'd keep the oem 20's and go w/ the 305/55-20 Cooper zeons

I am running 275/65-20 (34" tire) and it hasnt bogged my truck down whatsoever and doesnt appear to have affected gas mileage enough to notice.

I'd suggest 18" rim. Just my opinion. 20" rims looks "odd" on truck with less then 42" tire. Plus they give a *harsher* ride and are going to be more expensive in the long run (replacement tires) IMO

I upgraded from the 18" FX4 wheels to 20x9 ultras and my ride actually improved. I went from BFG's to Goodyear tires , both of which have 7" of sidewall so the cushion between the rim and the road didnt change any. One of my main reasons for changing from my stock 18"s to a 20" wheel was that I can get tires cheaper for the 20 and have a lot more options. I guess we can agree to disagree, lol.

I suggest going with the 18s and the nitto grapplers. We have them at some good prices for whatever you choose. The cost of the tire between the 18s and the 20 are not that different. So if you want to keep yur wheels and just get tires that would def save you some dollars! But i personally think aftermarket almost always looks better.

I'd go with an 18x9 inch wheel with 5 to 6 inches of backspacing and some 325/60-18 (33x13.00) tires.
