Looking for oem 20's and have questions???

Hi all, I am in the process of finding a set of oem 20" take offs and I have a couple of questions. Is the backspacing on the 20" wheels the same as the backspacing on my FX-4 18" wheels. It would be nice if they were a little more level with my fender edge. I think the 20's are 1/2 inch wider anyway. How much harsher is the ride with the 20's over the 18's. also....does anyone know the approximate weight of these beasts. I would guess that they would be a little heavier than my 18's. tirerack has the weight of the 275/55 tires at 48lbs each and I would imagine that the wheels themselves would weight 30lbs so i think it would be safe to say 80lbs but i dont know. thanks in advance

I thought I read somewhere that the oem 20's are 44 lbs each. The 20's are 8.5 wide and the FX4 18's are 7.5, more than likely the 20's stick out 1/2" more than the 18's do.

When ever I put tire dressing on my 07 with the 20's, I get splatter all over the mirror housing. That didn't happen on my 05 with the 18's. So my guess is the 20's stick out farther.

The stock 20's are a 20" x 8.5" wheel with 44mm Offset. This translates to 6.5" backspacing.

Where you run into issues with the stock 20's is the upper ball joint as that is where you will rub first when you go wider (there is only about 1/2" clearance with the stock tires).

This may help for those wondering about weight:

275/55 R20 Pirelli Scorpion ATR's = 48lbs.
OEM 20" rims = 38lbs.
OEM 20" rims W/ 275/55 R20's = ~86lbs.
