Some newbie ?'s

I currently have the 265/60/18 tires on my truck. I like the rims a low but I think I want to set it off with some new black rims or bigger tires. Here are my questions.

1. What size rim can I get to have the same fit of my current tires ?
2. What is a good size tire that I can use on the factory rims without rubbing problems ?

I kinda like the way it sits without the leveling kit, it gives it a lil hot rod look. This is my time purchasing a new truck and I have had it for a month. I come from the GM world my other car being a Trans Am which is my weekend toy now. Any advise and help is greatly appreciated. I don't know much about the truck.
Here is a pic of the truck the night I got it.

I'm guessing since his tires are 265/60/18's it is a 2wd Lariat. I spend way too much time on here.
