I have a 07 f150 4x4 and the man at the local tire shop said my tuck may have tire pressure sensor on it. To get new/bigger wheels i would have to buy some kind of band that goes around the inside of the wheel. Is this true, and how would i tell if i had tire pressure sensors.

 

If you have an 07, you have a TPMS. Yes you will have to get bands for the new wheels. The bands on your OE wheels are not reusable.

i just bought a new set of bands and cradles off ebay, then when you pop your tires apart you can leave the bands on the stockers. i paid 62 bucks for all 4 bands and cradles. and if you wanted to sell them you'd probably get more too. and these bands are reusable.
