295/40/24's with a 2/5 drop?

I have a chance to trade my 22's straight up for a set of 24's. Think they will fit on my truck that is lowered 2/5? The 24's are about 1.5" taller than my 22's. Here is what my truck looks like with the 22's

Thanks. The 24's are the same wheels, Boss 313's. Its an even trade so I'm thinking about doing it but I'm afraid its going to rub. I guess we can test fit them first to be sure.

I would say this would be the wise thing to do, since you're not having to order them or anything.

my truck sits about the same and I rub up front over major dips in the road with a 31.8" tire (275/45/22)

I wouldn't push it over 32"
