so last year before inspection i replaced the front wheel bearings, rotors, and pads. Now i have a vibration in the truck when i brake. Rear pads and rotors look good, as far as rotors being warped i couldnt tell unless i take them off and such. Any ideas of what problems there may be?

 

I would check the rotors first by taking them off and run a dial across them. What do you have?

 

I am also thinking defective rotors, (cheap ones are worthless). Make sure you are tourquing the wheels to proper specs. That can and will warp rotors.

 

its a 2001 4.2 v6 and i just dont get it. I mean i understand its something with rotors but how do i really determine front or back? It shouldnt be the front they were replaced last year....

 

Just because they were replaced last year does not mean they are o.k., I am willing to bet it's your fronts. If you feel it more in the steering wheel than in your seat, that will comfirm it.
