White or Black letters out

I just got 4 new tires on my F150 and I had them do it with the black lettering out. Now my wife says it looked better with the white lettering out as this is what I have always had.

Which do you guys prefer?

Black, always. If you want your answer quickly, do a search on the subject, you'll find several threds of opinions.

If you're a curb scrubber then put the black out or you'll end up having white walls.

I have the white letters to the inside.

To me, it was a fad that went away with the 80's (as I listen to The Cure )

White letters have really gone out of style.

This is my 3rd set of tires and both before these had been with the white letters out. I think it looks so much better with the black. My wife drives the truck daily to work since I have a company work van that I use so she is used to the white letters. I told her that after a while, the white letters look black anyways as the paint wears off.

She told me today on the next set, she was going to take it in and tell them white letters out, I told no she isn't.

I'm honestly surprised they make tires with white lettering anymore. Get some with a directional tread pattern, then she won't have a choice, they're black on both sides, lol

Some tire shops have tire dye that will dye the white black if you don't want to pay to turn them around.
