I was looking at Sams this weekend and there seems to be 2 different tread patterns on the AT/S. One didnt have the 2 ridges down the middle and the outside edges of the tire werent agressive at all. The other was the AT/S that i'm looking for that had the 2 big ridges and the outer part of the tire looks more agressive. Not sure what or why there seems to be 2 diff versions.

yea i saw that also, but when i asked the guy there about that size and price, he pulled up the pic and it was the same one that comes on the new SD f250's......he only came up with one tread in that size....that is the one i want anyway.....but if you have a sears also, take the print out to them and u can get an extra 10% of the difference which is about $13 a tire off.....

I have them... I like the ride, very quiet too. I only have about 10K or so on them. I take them off in the winters, but they don't seem to be wearing fast.

The difference in tread design depends on what ply of tire you buy, the LT has a more aggressive tread design. I've run ATS for the past twenty years on all types of trucks and suv's, great tire but like they say stay on top of rotations, once they start to wear bad they go fast. I just went to the silentarmor's on my work truck and really like them, very quiet and handle really well in snow/ice/wet pavement.

Still waiting on mine to come in. I've got the rims and leveling kit and this tire wait is about to drive me crazy. I ordered the ones w/ the more aggressive lugs on the side, I only drive my truck about 8k miles a year so they will dry rot before i wear them out. lol I'll post some pics when i get em on and shined up.

Special ordered mine from SamsClub, I think the total was $570 +$40 for mounting, balancing, free lifetime rotating / balancing, free replacement and tire repair. Not sure how Sams can get that price on them because i checked about 5-6 other places (online & local) for that tire and they ranged from $225-270 per tire.

I've always had the AT/S on my truck until recently I went with the Wrangler Silent Armor's. Loved em and I got great mileage out of them. For example, 90-95k km's out of the first and I beat on them alot, second was replaced at 175k km, same thing. I actually gave my last pair to a friend who put them on his 04 that had the Hankook POS tires. He left them on another half year before trading the truck in. They even went on in the fall for the winter and got alot of life left he said. Not that I don't like too many others, but 2 thumbs up for GY AT/S.

The Revos last a long time and will give you 60K miles but the fact that they get stuck in wet grass is a turn off for me. I live out in the country and if i had to put my truck in 4wd to get around my yard my friends would never let me live it down.

I've got an 04 Supercrew Black Fx4, going to run the 20x9 Ultra Black Titans w/35mm offset, with a 2" leveling kit (hoping the 2" doesnt make the front higher than the rear like the 2.5 does sometimes). I have a stock pic of my truck right now in my gallery i think.
