Anyone ....

Running 325/60/18 on the stock 2004 FX4 wheels ?

I really didnt want to pay the 1k for the BFG A/T's in the 305/65/18 and there is a lot more options on this tire size as far as 33's go. If anyone has these on a set of stock rims i'd really appreciate it if you could post some pics. They might be to wide to run on stock rims but i wanted to make sure before i purchased. Thanks !

There are people running that setup but you might want to call your local tire shops and see if they'll even mount them on your stock wheels. Most won't because they don't want to be liable for it. The widest they'll mount around me is a 305 on stock rims.

Well, i have a friend who runs a tire shop that will put them on. However, if most shops wont put them on then there must be a reason so i think i'll go w/ the 305 bfgs. Thanks for the help !

Most specifications on tires will tell you the minimum width wheel you can mount the tire on. For a 325, I think it's like a minimum of 9" wide.

A 325 mm wide tire is way too wide for the oem 7.5 inch wide wheels.

Will 285/65/18's look really small on a 2004 fx4 supercrew w/ a 2" AS leveling kit ? I'm sure the 305's look better but i'm worried about them rubbing a little since i didnt go w/ the 2.5 " leveling kit. Ahh hell, maybe .5 inches wont make a difference. hehe
