Some people say that it stiffens it a little bit, but i honestly cant say that i notice a difference. I think it rides the same as before it was on. The AS AAL did raise the back of my truck exactly 1.5 " just like they said it would.
And for the nittos being loud, absolutely not. They are no louder than the gay Ameritracs. I will say that around 80mph there is a slight hum, I mean ever so slight, probably less than the wind noise at that speed. But for a tire that big and that wide they ride wonderful. My dad mounted mine at work and he said they used very little weight to balance out. He was suprised.
