New wheels/tires question

So im going to get me a leveling kit put on, which means new wheels and tires.
I currently have 18inch rims. My plan was to take off the stock wheels/tires and run them only in the winter months. Like the looks of the toyos or the nitto tires as of right now.
I want to go with a larger tire. So whats the best way to go for sizing on the new wheels/tires? How do I figure out what will work or wont?

Several different ones, but thought backspacing has something to do with tire not rubbing so i havent really picked out anything.

Im lost when it comes to tire size/wheel size/backsizing

I dont find a Nitto or Toyo available in a 18 rim. I saw some tires on a guys truck a few months back and wrote down the size but I cant find that piece of paper right now. Seems like they were 305/55/20

you are right if you want to go with 20's it is a 305/55/20 and for 18's you will want a 325/60/18. you can go to www.ntwonline.com and they have the toyo and nitto in these sizes.

your stock tires are just over 31" and these will be 33" so the speedo doesnt change much. not enough to worry about.

33s will fit fine, its just the choice of wheel thats would be the question. browse 4wheelparts.com and find a wheel you like and we will be able to tell ya if it will rub. im sure wandel will chime in anytime, hes the man around here.

If you have a 4x4, I'd add a leveling kit and go with a set of 325/60-18's (33x13.00) on some 18x9's with 5 to 6 inches of backspacing.

if you charged 10 cents for all the wheel and tire and backspacing advice you gave on here, you would be a very very rich man.
