Possible to run 35's on aftermarket 20's??

I ordered my rims and tires about a week ago, and am not getting my lift for another month. Could I run the wheel/tire setup anyway? They are 20's with 35" mud grapplers. Not sure of the backspacing, but the guy said they will stick out 6 inches more than stock wheels. I have a leveling kit and its a 4x4.

Stick out 6 inches more than the OEM wheels? Are they 20x12's with like 4 inches of backspacing?

You really want your tires sticking out that far?

How wide are your tires? I got 285/65/20 on a set of aftermarket rims. They've got a backspacing of almost 6.5" on a 20x9 rim though.

the guy said that they would stick out 6 inches from the hub. the hub is about 2-3 inches under the fender, so technically they would only stick out 3 inches. they are diamo 17k with 35x12.5x20 nitto mud grapplers
