Yet Another tire Q

Hey guys,
This is my first post here on F150online. I really like the forum section. It answers tons of questions. I have read most of the questions posted and didnt find my answer.( I may have read over it) I have a 2003 F-150 4x4 long box, 5.4, Automatic Trans, 16x7 Wheels. I have adjusted the torsion bars up about 1 1/2 inches and have put a 1 inch lift block in the rear. I want to put the 34x10.50x16 Super Swamper LTB's on it but want to know if they will fit. I dont mind trimming the bumper if needed. I know that the tire is not to wide, but knowing that you can fit a 285x75 (33'' tall) tire under it stock, It makes me wonder that with about 1 1/2 inches of lift if the 34's will fit. I use the truck to respond to fires and could use the meaty tires. Thanks fellas.

cain77...
i am new to the forums as well, and I had the same questions on my '06...I have been told several times that with a lift, people are placing 35's on there just fine. I am trying to figure out what tire size will fit my 2.5" leveling kit but everyone seems to have the old body style and can't give me a straight answer, but you should be able to fit even 35's.

Yes, those will fit easily. However, I'd really suggest going with a quality radial mud tire instead of the bias ply LTB's on a daily driver.

Thanks guys. I only put about 6-8K miles on it a year so Those LTB's should last awhile. I'll get some pic's once I get Ol' Whitey some new shoes.
