Well, I'm noticing a squeak coming from (i belive) my front wheels when applying the brakes, so I'm thinking its about time to replace them.

I've never done the brakes on a truck before, only my old Honda accord. My truck is an 05' STX 4x4.

I'd like to buy new rotors and pads. Can anyone suggest what rotors and pads I should go with? I don't need any slotted or cross-drilled rotors (unless there is a fairly good price for them).

Also, what should I expect when I decide to tackle the job? Is it any different on a 4x4 truck than a FWD car?
