Mud Grapplers in winter

Does anybody have the nitto mud grapplers on there truck in the winter? How do they perform in the snow/ice? I'm looking at a truck with some on it size 35x12.5. Are wider tires gonna slide around more? Thanks

I'd rather be on a good set of AT's in a snowstorm in Minnesota, ice storm I'd park the truck. Just my opinion, I had MT's on a truck I had year's ago and they hydroplaned so bad I had to take them off before I had a chance to wreck my truck. MT's are basicly designed for offroad use, new technology enables them to be a lot better on the road than year's ago but they still can get you into trouble. Too heavy and bulky to drive with in real bad weather condition's. Just my 2 cent's!

Alright, well i noticed the Mud Grapplers have a little bit of siping.. idk if this would help. I just ask this because I moved my 1997 mustang from a storage shed today to our shop.. What an experiance that was. I slid.. EVERYWHERE.. and it freaked me out.. of course I was on Sumitumo tires that are directional and definately not meant for winter. I could not go anywhere and of course I had to move it today, when there was snow falling and it was slippery.. whew.. end of rant.
