Puncture Hole

Is it possible to repair a small hole in the sidewall of a tire! its about the diameter of a pencil maybe a bit smaller!

not in the sidewall. Very very dangerous even if you get it to seal.

Nope, anything that is off the tread, or even on the corner of the tread warrants buying a new (or used) tire
