going from stock 255/70r17 to ???/??R18

What tire size is good when changin 255/70R17 to 18X9 rim on just a stock F-150 stx

i had 285/65/18 on when i was running 18s.if the truck is as low as the lightning..id go with 295/45 to get that lightning stance but will also depend on the rims offset.
