Question 10" rim?

Local tire shop said a 10 inch rim wont fit my leveled truck without a lift. Will some one explain why. They just said the dealer told them so.. Im lookin at gettin an 18x10 so my new tires will quit scrubin my control arms

With the proper backspacing they should fit. They will just stick out way past the fender.

RIght. THe only one I know that has the right amount (in my opinion) of backspacing is the Mickey THompson Classic. It's available in 18x10 with 6 inches of backspacing. It will stick out 2 inches farther than the OEM wheels.
