if i am not mistaken, isnt the lug pattern 4 an 89 f150 5x5.5

Ford half tons have had the 5 by 5-1/2 for decades. Your 89 has this. Oddly I found it listed on one site as 5 by 139.7. Why would someone list it in metric for something so old?

Yes, up until 97, they were 5x5.5". 139.7 is 5.5", but why anyone would list that way is beyond any comprehension, especially since no one would recognize it for what it is.
