I have a 2005 FX4 and want new tires and new rims...Tires will be first...I want a tire for 18" factory rim that will not stick out past fender. I thing the Nitto 325 6o and 65 series will. What tire (preferrably Nitto or any other good one) can I get that will fill up fender well but not stick out past fender. Don't want to risk getting rock chips.

You could go with a 285/65/18 or 275/70/18 since it appears you are looking for a 33" tire. These should be plenty narrow for you.

 

I don't think the 325's will stick out too far with the OEM wheels, but they are a little too wide for the wheel. I don't know if Nitto makes a 33x12.50-18, but a few companies do. I'd look for that or the 285/65-18's (33x11.50).
