Photoshop help.......

Considering I cant figure out how to use Corel photo can someone put about 8 inches of lift, leveled and a set of American Racing Thug Rims......


Onto this truck.............

id like someone to help me with that too, put about 6" of lift leveled out and everything and some 35" tires with some 18" black xd diesel wheels...

this truck.
