Eagle Alloys 17x9 Offset good/bad?

Looking at a set of Eagle Alloys in a 17x9 with -8mm offset (doesn't list backspacing). On my 07 XLT 4x4 how far will they stick out? I'm planning on 35's with a 6" fabtech in the very near future. Found a pretty good deal on them but I live on 3 miles of gravel roads so I don't want them to stick out very much. Plan on bushwacker fender flares also. Thanks in advance!

That works out to be 4.6 inches of bs. They will stick out about 2.5 inches farther than the oem wheels.
