97 explorer rims on a 99 150?

i bought some really nice factory rims for my 94 explorer a while back, now that im dumping the explorer for a 99 F150 im wondering if the bolt patterns match up so i can swap the rims onto the 150? the rims are the 97 triple blade style. additionaly theres some 31X9.5 tires on them, will they fit under a 99 F150? just eyeballing it im assuming they will fit pretty well.
heres a pic of my explorer

I believe the explorer bolt pattern is 5X114.3 and 99 f-150 has a 5x135 bolt pattern so they wont match up.

you can get the holes welded up and redrilled for your f150 but its kinda expensive. at that point u r better off buying new rims.
