Easy tire question, quick help

friend just offerd me a set of 285/70/17 bfg mudterrains for $400 BRAND new with 150 miles on them......my truck is a stock 2002 f-150 fx4 4x4 truck........my question is will these 285/70/17 fit on my stock 17" ford wheels without any rubbing or just some minor ?

i wish i had that kinda deal! those are the best ATs on the market in my opinion as far as performance on/off road and wear/tear. plus they look pretty good too.
