I haven't experienced any overnight flatspotting with my oem Scorpion's yet, but I've only got about 1,300 miles on my truck.

How cool does it get where you live? Temp this morning here in the D.C. area was about 53 degrees at 6:00 a.m. and I had the wobbles for the first 15 minutes of my commute. Yesterday morning it was about 70 at the same time and no flat spots. These tires are definitely sensitive to temperature changes.

Damm fella's what can we do about this. I have a 07 FX2 with about 5,500 miles on it and I never paid attention to this I just thought that maybe it was the street. Can these flatspots be seen? and once again what can we do about this?

I feel ya buddy!

This just seems so inconsistent - a few of us have virtually no issues, yet some are severe.

I'm hoping that Damon@Tire Rack dude does some research..... like he said he was gonna

I've had mine for around 4,000 miles or so and no problems yet. It got down to 40 here last night and is going to be around 43-45 tonight so I'll make sure i pay attention in the morning!

I have the same problem with flatspotting. It has been this way since I got my truck and I was thinking it maybe balancing. I guess that flat spots are the culprit. Seems like Ford should do something about this

The ones who have no issues are the ones who live in warmer climates. The farther north you are, the more prevalent the flat spotting is. These tires are very sensitive to cooler/cold weather.

When I got my truck in Jan, it was in the mid teens here in Cleveland, the tire shake from the flat spotting was soo bad, I thought I was driving on square tires.
