07 screw hope I didnt make a mistake

07 4x4 with leveling kit and aal. I ordered 35x12.5 18 tire with a 18 x10 wheel with 6'' backspace. I saw that another member had same size tire but 8.5 wheel and reported no rubbing at all. Going with a 10'' wheel will I get the rubbing. How much father will my 10'' wheel stick out with 6'' back space? Do you think I should (could)cancel my order and get a smaller wheel width? This site ROCKS!!!

Your new wheels will stick out 2" more than stock, but I would be more concerned about the backspacing. Factory is 5.5" so now you've pushed the back of the wheel in another 1/2 inch.

yeah those will probly rub pretty bad. To my knowledge you need a 8'' wide rim with around 6'' bs to fit 35's with no problems.

I agree. I think you are gonna have some serious rubbing problems. I'd keep the rims but go down to a 33x12.50-18 or 325/60-18 (33x13.00) tire.

I took your advise

I appreciate all the advise. I changed to a 8.5 rim with 5.75 back space. I hope that will be alright. I want to stick to the 35x12.5 tire because from looking at pics the 33'' tires look too small with the leveling kit. Thanks!!!

The 8.5" wheel with the 5.75" BS will stick out 3/4" more than stock, the tires should clear the front lower wheelwell probably without any trimming.

your step will work fine with a 35" tires and 8.5" rim. Might have to trim a little but nothing major and you will be happy going with 35" over 33" tires.
