One last question about tires!
So Im 90% sure I am going with the 33x12.5x20 Toyo Open Country MT's. I just have one more quick question: How much of a power loss will I lose with these 33's (I have 3:55 Gears), and also how much will my spedo be off by? My truck originally came with P255-65-17 (29" tall tire). I dont want to have to re-gear and deal with any major computer problems or POWER LOSS. Plus I talked to my local Discount Tire and the guy who has sold me 3 sets of tires in the past suggested I stick with the Pirelli Scorpion ATR's (P275-55-20). And he gave me a KILLER deal on a set of four installed for $600!

You will loose power...period. IMO, it is noticalbe. I did your exact same thing...went from stock to a 33" with factory 3.55 gears. I just got used to it over time. Recently purchased a trailer so went and had 4.10's installed for that purpose...could not friggin believe the difference in useable power, driveablitly, and all around fun factor/enjoyment of driving my truck again. I kicked myself repeatedly for not doing it the day I got tires.
With 33's, I recommend a 4.10 gear. I wanted 4.30's but the shop that did mine didn't have them for the 9.75 rear. I'd also definately go 4.56 if I was getting a 35" tire. My 4.10's with the 33's was no where near too low...Just perfect!!!!!
My personal advice to anyone...budget for gears the same time you are budgeting for tires. Some may disagree with going that extreme, but oh well, that's my experience. I'd never go back and do it any other way again.
With taller tires and stock gears, your speedo will be slower than the truck...speedo says 70, truck is doing 75...or somewhere in that area.
Not to be a dork guys...but I thought he was asking about the gears, not which tires!
