front end shimmey

Okay Guru's I need some advice. My wife's '07 S'crew has been in the shop for 4 day's now for this shimmey in the front end that's there at 45 and 70 MPH. It is a 150 2WD and 5.4L
They have spun the 20 inch Perrelli's and replaced one that was so out of round the could'nt counter balance it on the rim.
They thougt that was it but nope still there.
They had replaced the Transmission earlier (with 780 on the Odo) and thought maybe the engine, tranny and rear were'nt aligned.
Nope that did'nt work.
I've put in my 2 cent's by telling them to check the rotor's. They said if they were warpped you'd feel it more in the pedal than the wheel. I said not the warpage but the true run of the rotor. It also spins at a high rate ,same as the tire, and if it's out it will cause the shimmey.
Being that I don't have Ford or any other badges on my shirt, I got the 'what do you know' look's.
So up and down the rack it goes and test ride's galore(I hope they fill the tank after all that).
Any one got a suggestion?

Did they check all the tires or just the front? I had a bad tire on the rear that caused the shimmy/nibble. My personal feeling is that these frames are so stiff, they will transfer problems front to rear and vice versa.
Also as they found one was out of round, I assume they did a road force balance. If they didn't, they need to as that is the only way to ensure the tires are in specs.

Yep that's how they found the bad Perrelli tire.
They reported yesterday afternoon that they had made no progress.
The manager over service is reportedly out there in the shop on it now.
I reinterated to them to check the rotors. Those are spun balanced also.
If you look at them you can see where they drill or mill off some of the wieght to balance them out.
