I want some new tires

So i got my inspection yesterday and the guy said that one of my tires wouldn't pass but he let me pass neways. Well with that being said i want to upgrade to some new tires. In the future i am planning on putting a 6" lift onto my truck so the wheels i would like, i want to be able to go with the lift. I want something big enough that the lift won't look stupid, but without the lift that its not to overpowering.

So basically what are some tires/rims that i can drive on my stock truck until i get a 6" lift, but still look really good at the same time!

I feel like i own stock in the company but a
305/70/17 Maxxis Buckshot with your torsion bars cranked will look seeeeeexy and will last you a long time and will get you any where you want to go

Now they arent trailer queen tires with stupid flames and dragon claws coming down the sidewall, but offroad performance more than makes up for it

33's look good with a stock height truck, you would want 35's with a 6" lift, but 34's would be a good intermediate size that would look good both at stock height and with a lift. As far as wheels you would want to go 9" wide with a -12 offset or 10" wide with a -25 offset.

Since you say you have plans for a 6 inch lift, this is what I would do. I'd install a set of 315/70-17's (35x12.50's) on the oem wheels. Then when you lift the truck get a set of 17x9 or 17x10 inch wheels. The 35's will rub the frame slightly at steering lock on the oem wheels at stock height, but nothing that will hurt anything.
