Would i be able to use a 5x5.5 bolt pattern on my 2001 Screw?

 

No, the bolt pattern is 5X135.

The wheels was the hardest part of the upgrade process for me. Some websites don't list wheel fitment. Then when I found a wheel I liked that fit my truck, it was either on 6 months backorder or discountinued.
