Help With Backspacing

Right now i have a 2000 f150 with a 3" body lift and stock wheels on 275's..im just wondering how much farther a 4.5" backspaced wheel will stick out compared to the stock ones..

It will depend on the width of the wheel since the oem 16x7 and 17x7.5 inch wheels have 4.5 inches of bs also.

I'm hoping to go with a 16x10..how much farther would that stick out? Thanks

assuming you have the 16x7's, 3".

No Hawg Man i have 17x7.5's oem's right now..so how much farther would a 16x10 stick out with 4.5 inches of backspacing? Thanks..

Assuming the same tire size they would stick out 2.5'' further.

HaHa..no right now they are on 275's im going to go to 315's
