Question choppy inside tires on front!

I have a 03 f150 6cyl and only put 15,000 miles on my new tires, I have rotated them. But when I brake it seems that my truck bed bounces when I brake to a stop. could it be a bad cv joint in the front causing the choppy tires? but what causes the bouncing. It also seems that when I hit bumps my truck bounces a little more than often. I was in a front end crash that just damaged front bumber to radiator and right wheel.
Here is link for accident Pictures

I recieved right front end damaged. My ford dealer said frame had to be replaced because it had buckled in front. So they got me a used one, that is certified.
I was making a left turn when a truck coming from left (with headlights off) caught my front end with its right rear wheel. He struck me as I was halfway across median.

Wow that was way more than bumper, rad and wheel. it looks int he picture that that frame caught hell being swept to the pass side about 6 inches. The passenger side frame looks even worse!

The driver side tire even looks like it has been spotted, maybe from the accident. Do you have the same tire on the dirvers side?

Whomever provided you the 'certified' frame need to be aware there are alignment issues. They should fix them. Was the frame being used OK with you? I believe you could have requested new parts, especially if the insurance was paying for it.
