New tires/rims causes shake in steering wheel at 60-65mph

I got some new American Eagle 20" rims and Cooper H/T Discover plus 275/55 R20 Tires installed last week at a local tire shop on my 2004 F150 (New bodystyle). I noticed some considerable shake in the steering wheel in the speed range of 60-65mph.

Just took it back today, and I asked if they had found anything. I was told all 4 tires were out of balance and it had been corrected. I just drove it home and the exact same shake is in the steering wheel.

When I say steering wheel shake I mean when my hand is off the wheel it wobbles back and forth a half an inch or so, enough to rattle my watch.

What else could be causing this...alignment?
