Stupid Offset Question

I just can't decide on Rims and what is going to have the proper Offset or backspacing (I understand the idea of backspacing but the offset is ****ing me up) TODAY.... I'm looking at some Mazzi Hulks 18x10 with an offset of -15mm....... So what does that translate into for backspacing??? the web address with the rims is http://www.rims-n-tires.com/rt_wheel...zzi&model=Hulk anybody PLEASE take a look! I've been shopping around for the last couple of weeks and I am not getting anywhere due to not knowing what backspacing and offsets translate into for rims and how far they will stick out! I want the new rim/tire to stick out 2"-2.5" inches further than my stock Rims. The tires will be 275/70/18 most likely. Anybody if I get the Mazzi Hulks what is the difference in how far they will stick out compared to stock rims and 275/65/18 tires. PLEASE Help me out the frustration is starting to get to me!!!!!!!!!!!

Or if anyone can think of some rims that are similar to the Hulks and that are 18X whatever that will have the right backspacing to achieve the look of sticking out the 2"-2.5"inches I'm looking for compared to stock, let me know about them and where online I might look to get a set! Thanks Everyone!

A negative offset means that the wheels will stick out further vs. a neutral wheel 0. A high positive +70mm, for instance, is usually a FWD car just for reference.
