22" and 24" rim offsets

I have a 2006 F150 screw. I will be putting new wheels on shortly. I am still in the "deciding" phase. I am undecided between 22" or 24" wheels. What is the proper offset for

22" X 9.5"
24 X 10"

wheels. I do not want the wheels to stick out at all. I would like them completely tucked. Thanks.

Is backspacing an attribute of the rims and do most rims come with this option? What are some companies that sell rims with backspacing? Thanks

Backspacing is just a measurement. It's the distance from the mounting surface of the wheel (where it bolts to the hub) to the edge of the rear lip. It's just easier to understand than offset.
