Tire rotation

For several years I've driven front wheel drive cars. I always used a "modified X pattern" when rotating the tires (back tires straight to the front, front tires crossed to the rear). This keeps the tires rotating in both directions and I've had good luck with it.

Is anything different on a rear wheel drive truck? Should I modify my pattern? I have stock Michelin tires that aren't directional.

You can do it the same. The tires are not uni-directional, so you can use the X pattern.
