is it from a gasoline or diesel F250 ???
What model year is the F250?

I am pretty sure they won't be the same. The F250 is not the same Master Cylinder as the F150.

One thing you could try... call a Ford dealer and ask for the part number of your MC. Then call again and ask for the part number of the F250. If they are the same, you're good to go!

I don't have an F250. I have a 2000 Expedition.

I heard that you might be able to upgrade the stock F150/Expedition master cylinder for an F250 Master cylinder. It might improve the braking.
I haven't been able to find any definitive answers about it yet.

What do you think?

You still need to answer the question - are you getting the MC from a gasoline or diesel F250? The diesel trucks probably run a different setup. Diesel engines do not provide enough vacuum to run a vacuum booster, so they either use a vacuum pump for the booster (rare) or run a hydraulic booster. This often leads to a different master cylinder.

I would recommend you DO NOT do this modification. The master cylinders are carefully sized to match the booster and the brakes. Changing the cylinder bore size could make the boosted braking feel better to you, but if your vacuum booster ever fails you might not be able to stop the vehicle. When sizing the brake system, the manufacturer has to make sure that the un-boosted stopping distance is within a certain percentage of the boosted stopping distance (I want to say 75% but I'd have to look it up)

The other concern is that the cylinder stroke would not be correct. Again, it would work fine when everything is OK. But if one of the circuits fails (broken brake line, etc) and you need to use the full travel of the other circuit you could be in major trouble.

The only reason I would see to change the cylinder is if you upgraded to larger brakes at the wheels. Then you might need to push more fluid. BUT this is not something to do without a lot of research to make sure the system is safe.
