Question which one fits?

ok guys, i have an 06 f150 fx4 screw and im putting a 2 inch leveling kit on it. i decided that im going to go with the nitto mud grappler 33x12.5R17. so know i have to find a 17 inch rim. i decided on the pro comp 6089, but there are about 20 different choices in the 17 and i dont know which one would fit just right. so here are the choices, and im sure someone on here knows which one would fit.
1. 17x8, 5 on 135 Bolt Pattern Backspace= 4.5 in. Hub Centric= No Offset = 0 2. 17x8, 5 on 5.5 Bolt Pattern Backspace= 4.5 in. Hub Centric= No Offset=0
3. 17x8, 6 on 135 Bolt Pattern Backspace= 4.5 in. Hub Centric= No Offset=0
4. 17x8, 6 on 4.5 Bolt Pattern Backspace=4 in Hub Centric= No Offset=-12mm
5. 17x8, 6 on 5 Bolt Pattern Backspace= 4.5 in. Hub Centric=No Offset=0
6. 17x8, 6 on 5.5 Bolt Pattern Backspace= 4.5 in. Hub Centric=No Offset=0
7. 17x8, 6 on 5.5 Bolt Pattern Backspace=4.5 in. Hub Centric=Yes Offset=0
8. 17x8, 8 on 170 Bolt Pattern Backspace= 4.5 in. Hub Centric=No Offset=0
9. 17x8, 8 on 6.5 Bolt Pattern Backspace= 4.5 in. Hub Centric=No Offset=0
10. 17x9, 5 on 135 Bolt Pattern Backspace= 4.75 in. Hub Centric=No Offset=-6mm
11. 17x9, 5 on 5.5 Bolt Pattern Backspace= 4.75 in. Hub Centric=No Offset=-6mm
12. 17x9, 6 on 135 Bolt Pattern Backspace= 4.75 in Hub Centric=No Offset=-6mm
13. 17x9, 6 on 5.5 Bolt Pattern Backspace= 4.75 in Hub Centric=No Offset=-6mm
14. 17x9, 6 on 5.5 Bolt Pattern Backspace=4.75 in Hub Centric=Yes Offset=-6mm
15. 17x9, 8 on 170 Bolt Pattern Backspace=4.75 in Hub Centric=No Offset=-6mm
16. 17x9, 8 on 6.5 Bolt Pattern Backspace=4.75 in Hub Centric=No Offset=-6mm

Number 3 and 12 are the only ones with the correct bolt pattern.

You can use no.3 or no. 12. Both will work. The 17x9 will just stick out farther. It will stick out 2.25 inches farther than your oem wheels. The 17x8 will stick out 1.5 inches farther than your oem wheels.
