Well I took my 07 Expy back to the dealer for the truck pulling to the left while braking and they turned the rotors and installed new brake pads. Well, it didn't fix anything. The rear left wheel gets much hotter than the rest after some city driving. I would assume as another poster said that this caliper is probably sticking? Back to the dealer...

 

This story sounds familiar, my dad had 14 or so sets of front brakes, completes to ??? and about 10 sets of rears because it would always pull to the right. The ABS light was on I think the whole time so one might pin point it to something there maybe??? Nope. Two dealers later someone figured out the ABS was **** and that the ABS was rears only, duhhhh! Sometimes it's simple and overlooked, I'm not an expert but a caliper would have been a good place to start, no?

 

Well, took it to another dealer, told them about the problem. They did the same thing, installed new pad and turned rotors. Truck does the same thing. 40mph+ hard stop cause the truck to pull to the left as much as one lane. Back it goes....

 

Have they checked the emergency brake cable? In the past in was a problem and would cause a drag on one or more rear disc's causing vibration. It might cause the truck to pull a little.
