255/75/17 bfg mt's anyone got them?

Anyone running 255/75/17 bfg mt's or another brand in the same size? Bfg's site claims them to be 32.05 inches overall with only black sidewall, and I was looking to get some feed back on them on a 07 f150.

Would realy like to see some pictures of them mounted if anyone has them before I waste any money on them. They are super cheap comared to the 265 70 at's and the 285 mts. Was thinking I could get a good tire that would not hurt my mpg as bad as the 285's.

Also undecided on the black sidewall vs. white letter guess it depends on the vehicle to how they look mounted.

Thanks!

Tall, skinny tires are just not very popular. That's why you don't see many and the price is lower. Supply and demand.

Just noticed also that these tires are 6ply load rated c. Is this acceptable for a 07 f150 sc 4x4?

Are c rated 6 ply tires gonna be a safety hazard? I dont tow or haul much, but I do know these trucks arent light themselves.

Thanks!

Does anyone know if these will fit? Tried to order from tirerack.com and they tell me they are not approved and will not guarantee they will fit and will not return them if they rub.

Guy kept saying something about the bulge of the tire being 75 instead of 70 will cause me problems. Is this true? I am running stock chrome clad wheels if it makes a difference. Now he's got me worried to order.

They should fit the wheel fine. They may ride rough, being a 6 ply tire.

try ebay, those are the stock tires off jeep rubicons. they go for around 500 a set new shipped, pretty cheap IMO.
