tires and gears

I have a 1997 F 150 with a 4.6 liter with 160000 miles on it. I want to put a six inch fabtech lift with 35 inch BFG Mud Terrain. I was wondering if there were some gears that could turn the gear ratio back close to stock so I dont put as much strain on the motor and tranny than leaving the stock gears in it.

I agree. I'd go with 4.56's.
